DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days, but will make every effort to dispatch earlier if possible. Should there be any significant delay with your order for whatever reason, we will contact you. Any out of stock items will be back ordered and delivered to you as soon as they arrive. If you wish to cancel an item(s) that are not in stock once your order has arrived, we will happily refund you. We will give you updates as to the likely delivery time for any back ordered items.

DAMAGED GOODS

We take every precaution to package our orders to ensure they withstand the rigours of transit, but occasionally materials can arrive damaged. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us by email in the first instance so that we can arrange for delivery back to us. We will replace or refund the goods as you request. Our email address can be obtained from the ‘Contact Us' section of the website.

RETURNS

If the item(s) you have ordered are not exactly what you wanted, please return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition. If the item(s) returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened. You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us. Any substitute goods should be ordered through the website as a new order in the usual way as we do not offer an exchange service.

It is your responsibility that any returned products are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition.

ALTERATION OF SERVICE OR AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms & Conditions Sale at any time. You will be subject to the Terms & Conditions in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us.
